We have observed an issue with using Windows Remote Desktop and Nomad. If you start the Nomad session on the physical computer the dongle is detected and works as expected, you can then RDP and use Eos.
If you RDP into the pc and then open Eos, the program does NOT detect the dongle.
The work-around is to always start the session on the physical computer, but this is not an ideal solution.
Both PCs that exhibited this issue were running Windows 10.
