faders screen turned off

Question

Hello, On a ion Xe20 ( latest version), at each start, the fader screens are &ldquo;turned off&rdquo; 
 
 I've to go to setup device, light adjustement, and turn on ... 
 
 Is there an start option ???

Would you mind confirming the software version? "Latest version" is always a bit problematic. For example last week software version 3.2.4 was released, so it's hard to know for us if you're aware of that or not.
