More of a CYA question here as the venue I'm at this week has no internet and an XP Ion.
I was trying to configure some fixtures in the house console and the fixture profiles did not exist. I see them here in my Eos 3.2 on my computer. So I'm patching them correctly, saying the showfile (in 2.9 .esf format), and that SHOULD port the fixture profile into Eos 2.9 in the venue's desk?
This isn't something that I need to worry about version incompatibility, right?
I'm also downloading the latest build of 2.9 and most recent fixture library.... I might save a channel for each of the fixture's profile modes just to CYA.
