Dear ETC and Community members,
A couple of weeks back our company received our first ETC Apex 10. Works perfectly except for a little pickle with the level wheel being stuck at certain moments. Today we received our second one to work as our backup and when plugging it in and comparing it side to side with the one we received first we realized how noisy the fans were on it. The newest one seems to be way quieter. Other than sending it to our tech support (who are closed until next week) for repairs is there something we might of mist that could reduce this noise?
