Ion Classic (Win7E) starts after 5 minutes power

Question

The Ion Classic will not start until it has been connected to the power supply for 5 minutes. 
 What could be going on?

Thank you for reaching out. 
 This could be happening for different reasons and would be simpler to diagnose through tech support. You can find the contacts of your closest ETC location here . Before you get in touch make sure you have log files and the console's serial number ready. The serial number can be found on a white sticker at the back of your console, and here is information on how to pull log files.
