Fixture Request Elation Pixel Tape 40

Question

So I am sure I will just figure it out eventually, but I am looking for a fixture profile for the ELation Pixel Tape 40. 
 Any suggestions on making one or if someone already has?

You don't directly control the pixel tape but rather the driver/controller. According to the pixel tape's datasheet you'll need an Elation Pixel Driver. Since they just do RGB control for each individual pixel you can just patch a Generic > LED RGB 8bit for each of those pixels.
