since update 7.3.1 my congo jr  , sometimes freeze , i cant do nothing imust restart the console

my keyboard freeze to and my direct select doesn t work

Any idea

how i can downgrade my desk to a previous version

  • You can download past versions from ETC.
    First, I recommend that you call the Tech Services number for ETC. If your console is freezing, it may be hardware related and not software.
    What is happening? Are you getting the hourglass? When you go to restart, are you getting the ETC Doctor screen?
    I would also tell you to pull the log files from the console and email them to cobalt(at)etcconnect[dot]com. They might be able to help diagnose the problems.
