Programming Sequences on Colorsource Par

Hi,

I am attempting to record a new sequence onto one of the color source pars at my school and I am having trouble. I have connected the par to our ETC ION, and am able to recognize the light in the RDM patch, both the light and the console have the light in RGB mode. I have been able to record to presets, but I am unable to record a preset.

The only documention I have been able to find is that the par has to be in RGB mode which it is. 

Do I have to record the colors step by step somehow? I want to have the light go from purple to orange passing through red. (So recorded as purple, red, orange, red?)

    What you can do is use Concert to Record a sequence (or presets). If you open Concert, let it find your lights, then click on menu "View" -> "Dock" -> "Device Operations" and select one of your Pars, you can edit, record and play presets which can also be used to assemble a sequence (see top tabs in this windows) which can also be edited / timed and so on.  This is working here at least... I am using Concert 3.1.
