Share Your Magic Sheets

As 2.0 rolled out, many of you shared your show files with us to illustrate what you've done with the Magic Sheet feature.  Others have posted to the Eos Programmers Facebook page.  We constantly get requests for sample magic sheets.  This is a thread you can use to share your images.  I'll recommend you save a shot from the MS itself, rather than posting your entire showfile.    You guys have been so creative! I'm sure others will learn much from seeing what you've done.  So, please show off your awesome work here!!

Thanks much!

  • Here's a sheet for a rep plot in a dance space.  Headers are groups for the entire system, half circles are groups for whatever horizontal or vertical line they fall next to.  Commonly used console keys are in the lower left so the user can do as much work on this screen as possible.  This is on an ION with no option for a designer monitor, so that is why the tombstones are included for each channel.  The triangles near the LED fixtures are groups (pointed left- odd numbered channels, pointed right- even numbered channels).  A command line in blue is on the bottom and the colored squares are , naturally, color palettes for the LEDs (sic and back).  The space is sometimes used for meetings and simple events, the layout also informs the SM on setting something up for simple, one look events.  (When they bring up a sub, it helps them process what they are seeing).  While there isn't a touch screen yet, the headers, had circles and console buttons are, in theory, ready for it.

  • Somebody on Facebook was looking for a bigger display of the internal clock. It seemed like a good exercise in multiple cue list programming. It loses about 1 second per minute. Maybe somebody can see if it's just accumulated skew in the cue lists or if there's actually a coding error. Maybe there's a way to record a recurring event that happens once per second, which would keep the whole thing in sync. (Show file attached)
