Encoder-Display shortcut on programmable keyboard

Anybody here tried to bring the (Gio) Encoder-Display shortcuts to a programmable Keyboard?
I don´t use X-Keys but a PrehKeytec and everything else works fine but I´m not able to programm a key that will open the Encoder-Display.
Funny thing is that in Tab99 it shows Gio_Encoder_Display under last command. Excatly what it shows when I do the shortcut from my laptop keyboard. When I do it from the laptop the Display pops up from the external Keyboard it wont.
Hope I can adjust it on my keyboard I´m just wondering that it shows the correct input on Nomad!?!

So far I use a Macro for that but still trying...

Has the device been able to call up other simultaneous key press items, such as Shift+Update before?

Yes. Shift+update is saving my showfile and other "function-key-combos" like CTRL+ALT+R for rate work as well.
I don´t know about the X-Keys behavior but I´ve been told that the Encoder-Shortcuts don´t work on Expertkeys as well.
I´m working with the german translation and my PC and Nomad are set to German keyboard-layout.
Could that be part of the problem?
But have to say from my laptop keyboard the shortcuts (except for Encoder Page Form) are working.
On a german keyboard ; is shift function. Its ",+shift".

So, do that mean that you programmed those shortcuts on X-Keys (or another programmable keyboard) and everything worked well?
