Your very unlikely to find a profile for that but its not too hard to create although unless you are using 2.7 beta you'll need to split it into 2 fixtures.

Your biggest challenge is that often the sheet included with these chinese non branded units doesn't match the actual version of software in them - and sometimes even more challenging is when you have two identically marked units but they have different software in them.

But if you build the simple profile for it its usually possible to figure out what the channels in the device actually are. Start simple and test as you go ie patch just the pan and tilt and see if they actually work, or even just patch 21 dimmers so you can control each channel and see what it actually does.
