Where are the Trackball sensitivity settings?

The trackball settings have been moved to "Device" in Setup. I have an Element on v.2.6.4 here and the options for the Trackball are "Swap Pan/Tilt", "Reverse Pan" and "Reverse Tilt", no setting for the sensitivity however. (And this hasn't changed in 2.7.x, it has just been moved as Setup has been re-arranged in general.)

There are settings in the "Face Panel" Tab that manage Encoder / Auto Repeat behavior, I don't have a Trackball here to test if this would also be affected. Like settings also have just been moved to "Device", they existed before.
