With the current software, a backup and the primary can have different allowed output ranges, which has the potential for unpleasantness if the primary fails. It would be nice if the backup would refuse to sync if the output ranges differed, or even better, if the backup could temporarily pull the allowed output range from the primary when connecting as a backup.
