I just loaded in a show Wednesday and the RDM on a rented Ion failed to register any of the RDM data from my rented fixtures. It turned out the Ion was ancient, so I upgraded its firmware and I now have control of my Colorsource Spot units. . . . but the Chroma Q - Color One 100x and the ColorForce II units do not respond.
The Color One 100xs display data with errors and I can not manipulate Address nor Profile. The Colorforce II units do not register at all.
Yes, the opto is RDM compliant and registering. . . . What am I missing?
