The EOS Family Software Development Team has been made aware of a critical effect issue regarding stopping effects:
EOS-48503: Stopping an effect on a single channel stops the effect from running on other assigned channels.
The team has produced a beta build v.2.8.1 Build 3 that is available for anyone to download via our Beta Forum for Eos Family Software.

If anyone encounters any additional effects or other issues, please post on the forums or contact Technical Services for Eos v.2.8.0. We plan on releasing v.2.8.1 soon to address these issues.
