Ion Xe Stop/Back Button has lost normal functionality and only goes to cue 0.1 but the go button still works properly. Help.

Ion xe Stop/Back button no longer steps back sequenctially , it only goes to cue 0.1. The go button still works properly. Any thoughts on how to fix it? We only use one cue list per show.
