When creating a new focus effect, it defaults to a circle.
Click {Edit}
Click {Select} below the circle. Click and drag to select all the points on the circle.
The problem is that there is no margin in between the grid and the non-clickable area of the CIA. I can't seem to select all the points because there's no gap for the mouse pointer.
There needs to be a buffer zone outside the grid area where I can click and then drag to select the circle.
While you're at it, there should be a Ctrl+click to add to the selection.
