Graphic issues running Eos v2.8.x on a computer with taskbar not at bottom of screen.

I've got a Surface Pro 4 and I keep the taskbar at the top of the screen as it's easier to access with the keyboard attached. When I launch Eos, the bottom of the window is cut off. Not a big deal for me as I can fix it by moving the taskbar, and I'm not running Eos everyday. Any chance though this is fixed in v3?

Update: This appears to only be an issue if "Fullscreen Offline Editor" is checked in shell settings. Unchecking it displays the window properly

I run a laptop with the task bar on the side. It gets covered by anything in "full screen" mode. Eos, Acrobat, Netflix... I see the same thing on systems with a bottom task bar.
