Color picker crosshair won't update to show new selected color

Having an issue with the color picker.

I have an S4 LED S2 Lustr HSIC StrFan.

I bring up my channel and put in in a color palette manually.  Then I tap where I want on the color picker, and the light changes color. But the crosshair on the color picker keeps jumping back to blue.

There is no issue on my backup Ion XP v2.8.3.  Rebooting the primary didn't work.
