Quite simply allowing you to select a range of cue's and then offset select them, for example, if I have 20 cues with Follows to create stabs, and need to update the follow to a different time, say going from .2 to .5, I currently have to manually enter the cue numbers. Cue offset would allow you to do:
Cue 1 thru 20 offset 2
and select cues
1, 3, 5, 7.... For easy updating.
