Multi Part and Multi Cue Timings

Really Simple, but the ability to change the times of multiple parts of a cue or multiple cues in a single command. For example, we have a cut down that starts on the outside and works in way to the centre of an area. It would be really nice if we could do:

Part 1 thru 5 Time 2 thru 10 

Which would generate:

Part 1 Time 2

Part 2 Time 4

Part 3 Time 6

Part 4 Time 8

Part 5 Time 10

Or even integration with something like offset, so you could for example do:

Part 1 thru 5 Time 2 Offset Time 10

And get:

Part 1 Time 2

Part 2 Time 12

Part 3 Time 22

Part 4 Time 32

Part 5 Time 42

It would also be great if these sorts of commands could work with multiple cues instead of part cues.
