no response for MYETC account problem

I don't know where to go with the issue I'm experiencing with other (my theatre) MYETC account. Neither Webmaster nor other support adress I tried to write to responded. Issue is, I forgot that account's password and temporary password sent by system just doesn't work. I tried many times. I'm fine with completely deleting that account and creating a new one. Account is registeret with the e-mail adress svetlosemafor@gmail.com Thanks
