In order to aid in the replacement of fans on dimmer racks, would it be possible to install them to a plate that is easily removable (via pem-serts in in the top of the rack mayhaps?) Or captive nuts on the fan?
The current configuration is pretty tough, especially when wire is brought in against the fan. Hitting a few of the nuts can be very difficult.
