Hello,
I am trying to export a model (of our theatre) from Vectorworks 2020 using the COLLADA file format. In Vectorworks, all faces show and the rendering is perfect, however, when I export the COLLADA file and bring it into Augment, faces are missing.
The weird part is the "objects" exist, but it's only showing the "front/sides". The "backs" are missing in augment. Is anyone else having this issue/know a fix?
