What ETC Control Console is same or better than Leprecon LP-X 48

I have a doubt which console of ETC is seemed or better than the console of Leprecon LP-X 48, somebody could answer me, I will thank them its attention.

  • I have found the LP-X 48 to be one of the most frustrating consoles to program, that said the Ion or Congo/Congo Jr. would easily blow the LP-X out of the water.  I haven't worked with the SmartFade ML, but given the problems that I have experienced with how the LP-X works with palettes, I would give it a try.

  • I had a quick look for the datasheets, the LP-X48 apparently supports 192 dimmer channels plus 48 moving lights, 12 physical submasters (with pages) and 24 channel faders (with 2 pages), three encoders and has two universes of output and a single monitor output, plus all its software features.

    Based on that, an Ion or a Congo Jr with a wing has more master playbacks, more desk channels, more encoders and an extra monitor output.

    The list prices appear to be very similar, so...
