I would suspect the better application would be Eos Off-Line in Client mode, which currently exists I believe, for Mac platforms ?.

The ETC iRFR iPhone app should run on the iPad right out of the box and even better you can get larger view on the 9,8" display. Apple say the iPad can run all the existing iPhone apps with out modifying it. 

On the other hand since the iPad run the iPhone Os it will not run the EOS Off-Line Application which is made for the Apple OSX but since the iPad it's really cool device we can wish to see a EOS client on it as native application. 

That wasn't really what I meant. The apps are just 'stretched', they don't look good, and with that much bigger screen, a better app with more easy to use features could be written
