DP 8k not detecting

DP8K status on console showing OFFLINE

Have you patched something to the new DP?

yes , but in network setting DP status is offline ,
on DP 8k " initialising network: msg on screen

Try this,
Connect the DP to the switch or console.
Unplug the mains to the DP,hold down all three buttons on the front of the DP and replug the mains.
This should force a S/W reinstall.

Please i need your help
i connected Hog DP8000 4 pc in Wysiwyg and shown me that connected and started blinks in Live mode but after start using Hog 4 Pc and trying to control fixtures in wysiwyg ....but its not working .
i red on the net that i should install Hog connectivity and i installed it but still couldnt able to control my fixtures in wysiwyg .

anyone knows how to solve it ?

DP updated via console its working.

if i update DP8k via USB then its not showing.

Are you sure that you have the same software version on the console and the USB-installer?
