I have never been able to connect to a live show using Hog4 PC in the school environment in which the software is installed. I have tried giving the Hog4 PC computer a static IP address. I have verified that the firewall has been turned off on both the desktop that controls the lights and also the laptop that is trying to connect to the live show.
The HogNet is setup to Obtain an IP address using DHCP and the DHCP /Boot Server is set to use custom address range
The FixtureNet is also setup to obtain an IP address using DHCP
Server Settings is checked to Run Server
Show Settings is set to port number 6600
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
