My Hog 4 PC does not have a lighting library even after I downloaded the lighting library and opened it with Hog 4 PC. Are there any tips on how to get one so I can patch my fixtures?
Do a reinstall of HOGPC. During install you should see the installing library in the process window.
After starting HOGPC and being in the Fixture schedule, verify that you have selected the standard-lib. (lower left corner of the fixture schedule window) This you could do as wall before you try to reinstall
