hog nano dont work dmx

Hello I am working with a hog nano 4, and Windows 8, but they are not working the universes of DMX
any suggestions

    The widget more than likely only needs to be configured. Page 383 of the manual linked below will explain better than I can write here. Page 384 has a copy of the DMX Processes window.
