CITP is stoneage in my opinion There are not many more useless and stupid protocols like this... Displaying the first frame of clip.... 32x32px .... Uh.... and this in 2013... Thats more the problem, not the HOG Streaming protocols are available like VNC its a simple open protocol- search for RFB protocol- remote frame buffer- Its already built-in to the mac os for example then the console could preview whatever you wanted- on any screen anywhere- and real resolution-
But CITP will come to HOG but not 1.2.0 It will be part of the V2 release end of summer With some more nice (and useful) media-server tools
