Bug 1.2.1 b550 Can't change Cue number

Hog 4 Ver 1.2.1 b500

I'm having show data that can't change cue numbers.
This doesn't happen with all cues.
Download show data from following URL.
Open Cuelist 21.
Try to change the cue number.
You could see the error.

    ID information is very nice for me.
    I found a method to solve this issue.

    On my show data had ID 22.
    So, delete List 22.
    But on this moment you still couldn't change cue number.
    You just need to log off and log in again.
    After logging in you can change the cue number.

    However, sometime we can't choose this method.
    I.E
    Issue ID had a main cue list and that cue list is having thousands cues.
    So, we still need help from heighend guys.
