dimming rgb led question

Does anyone have a trick to keeping consistent color from 100% to 0% for 2 or 3 color combinations. ie keeping a consistent orange from full to 0% with led pars. :06:

  • Its not gonna be perfect but hopefully close if your starting with a good quality LED unit..

    Make sure your setting color with the HSI model and not CMY or RGB.

    Set color for your top level... and save a palette.

    Take the intensity down to where you see the biggest color shift (The better the LED unit the lower the level it will be) and tweak the color to match your palette. Save another color palette and include the color fade into the intensity fade. Unfortunately if your gonna be that picky, each fixture might have it's own color shift around 5%.
