Can be done with any parameter. Intensitry for example on 8 fixtures:

xxx @ ##, Enter
Intensity, Time + Time (time/time is shortcut for delay), 1 Thru 8 (seconds applied to the reange of fixtures... in this case 1:1, 2:2 3:3, etc), Enter
Record Cue

Could also do this with Effect, Beam, Color, Etc.
