I have noticed that my print view is always empty, so I can't see anything just a white window. I use Hog PC version 2.5.0 . Tried to reinstall software but without luck. Is there an option haven't seen?
I have tried to create a report in the fixture window. But everytime I press the print button I see an empty white window. It's on all shows on this PC. I did a system restore of Windows and deleted all folders in Programdata. Same thing after a reinstall.
What version of windows are you running? Are you running as an administrator on the PC? Do you have fixtures patched?
Just looked at windows 8 and windows 7 and all is good on my end. I just patched 10 studio spot 250's and hit auto palette. Then hit the print button in the fixture window, group directory and the list directory.
I'm running windows 7 and yes I have admin rights. I have some fixtures patched. But when I use a new show I still have the same problem but only on this computer. On an other computer I see the print view with the same showfile. Maybe my downloaded file is damaged.
I would say this is a computer setting that is preventing this from opening/displaying correctly. I will need to talk to the guys to see what could be causing this.
Windows 7 64bit or 32bit? I was testing with 64 but I will go look at 32bit.
Thanks. It's windows 7 Professional 64 bit. By the way, the export is still working. I can open the exported PDF file and see my fixture list in PDF viewer.
