empty print view

I have noticed that my print view is always empty, so I can't see anything just a white window. I use Hog PC version 2.5.0 . Tried to reinstall software but without luck. Is there an option haven't seen?

What are you trying to print?
I just looked at palettes and the fixture window and all was good.
Is this on all shows or just a single show?
