Change default screen of Pop up system messages

I'm looking for a way to change the default screen of pop up system messages.
i.e. when I remove fixtures from the patch sheet the ok message window appears on the monitor beside my main monitor.

Looked in preferences and control panel.. no luck.

it's on the Hog PC when I'm doing pre setup stuff at the shop and the consoles are on shows.

It is a Windows thing but I don't view this as a windows thing as most offline editor windows program I use has a way to select which screen to display messages to.

Why I'm asking I would assume the option is somewhere but I'm guessing not by the amount of views on this message and no responses.
