12 universes on RH4 Road Hog 4

To run 12 universes with RH4 do I need 2 DP8000? Any other options?

Each DP8K processes 16 universes.
Universe 1-8 are available on 5-pin XLR
All 16 universes are available via the Fixture-Net Port on Artnet or sACN

With an external DP8k and your RH4 you will get 12 universes on 5-pin, and 24 per Art-Net/sACN
