You could start with Standard Mode or if you want a bit more flexibility of f/x try shapes mode.

Standard is just a regular washlight. The control of shapes is very easy. So I would go with shapes.
Double check that your fixtures have the correct firmware. There had been an old firmware with another DMX Layout (1 channel less)

Okay Thanks . . . I was looking at shapes as well. But a friend of mine has a custom profile I might use. Is shapes a multi-patch fixture ?

No.. Standard fixture. no dotted numbers or so
