Minor bug with Front Panel test in Diagnostics

With v3.7.0 and also v3.7.1, the Flash key for the GM does not register a button press. It still behaves normally in a show though.

I have tested this on both a Hog 4 and Full Boar 4. All was well in v3.6.1.
