3.9 template page bug

Playing around with 3.9.
Template pages seem to be broken.
Create 2 pages, set 1 to template. Blue colored background stays

Hello, we have this logged as Defect D-03584 it's a refresh issue. If you move the faders when you're not on the template page the blue will go away.
