PRG Best Boy HP and Best Boy wash

The profile is a bit off for these lights in the console, the control function will not strike or global reset but will douse ?
We had to go up to the lights each day and strike them, Talked to PRG developers and they said it's the macro timing on control?

    There is not anything that needs to be fixed with the profile that I am aware of.

    When using
    + Version 3.03 for Best Boy HP/4000
    + Version 3.03 for Best Boy Wash
    + Version 3.02 for Bad Boy HP
    + Version 1.00 for GC Bad Boy
    + Version 1.00 for GC Best Boy
    + Version 1.03 for GCLT

    Send the control value for 3-5 seconds then press [clear] if the control functions do not apply, repeat until it does.

    We do not handle control functions automatically, we give full control of timing of control functions to our programmers

    Ex:

    1>200 (Control) (Lamp Strike)

    Wait 3-5 seconds

    Press [Clear]

    This can be recorded as a console macro just pay attention to the timings.
