Having trouble getting my Nano to respond

I just updated to 3.11 and now the faders and playback buttons on my Nano won't respond but all of the programming buttons and the master buttons work fine. Is there something I am missing in the new settings? Please help!

In the control panel, make sure that the nano is mapped. Once it is mapped, also make sure Dock is selected.
