Offset in Patch Menu doesn't work (v3.11)

When you hit [ @ ] to bring up the patch window, hit [ @ ] once for gap, [ @ ] twice for offset.

From the Patch window, select the Edit Fixtures button at the top of the window. This will open the Edit Fixtures window where you can set offsets and defaults for all your fixtures.
