I’ve Pixel mapped a bunch of RGBW tubes and the stock videos in the media picker play back as expected, but any videos I’ve uploaded to media picker play back without color. Any ideas? They’re all mpeg-4
Regardless of your video format, it gets compressed into your showfile. The algorithm is a trade-off - allowing videos to load on the memory constrained dp8k hardware, yet sometimes affecting the color in the video. Some users have used the pixel mapping color controls to restore the compression artifacts.
