Change from LTP to HTP a parameter

Hi
I wonder is it possible to change a parameter that is LTP to HTP.
I cant find it in "edit fixture" and I don't know how to do it in "fixture builder"

the only parameter that can be set to HTP is intensity
and this is done in the cuelist options.
The console is designed as an LTP Console
