Change from LTP to HTP a parameter

Hi
I wonder is it possible to change a parameter that is LTP to HTP.
I cant find it in "edit fixture" and I don't know how to do it in "fixture builder"

With the latest fixture builder you can create a fixture with a virtual intensity...?
