no DMX output 1 HOGLET with OS 3.13

Hi there
I run HOGLET with OS 3.11 ...all works OK
but sadly with OS 3.13 output n°1 does not send any dmx
please note output n°2 - 3 - 4 work OK
is any body has an idea ?
