I have a hedhog 4x that I always use for shows and when I took it out today the touch screen would not work. Nothing I touch makes it work I tried turning off and on and it doesn’t fix it.
Hello, Try opening up the console and make sure all the connections are firmly seated. It is possible the touch screen also needs to be calibrated this can be done by holding down the[SETUP] key and the first encoder wheel button.
