My HedgeHog 4 touchscreen became unresponsive. Nothing on the screen works Ive had to use a mouse for the past weeks because I haven't been able to get this issue solved. Anyone who can help is highly appreciated
You might need to re-seat the cable on the touch screen. If that does not work, then it might need a new display to replace the touch controller. If you need a new display, please contact your local HES dealer.
